The building, in which our company is based, is not only favorably located in the centre of Prague, but has also highly interesting history. Described as the first "Skyscraper" of Prague, the building was designed by architects Josef Havlicek and Karel Honzik at the end of 1920s / beginning of 1930s. During the construction, highly innovative methods of that time had been used such as cruciform plan for optimal use of a daylight, stable concrete structure, unified size of offices for space optimization and variety of others. It was also the first completely air-conditioned building in the former Czechoslovakia.
