Rolf-Dieter Reineke

Prof. Dr. R.-Dieter Reineke is the advisor of SwissCzech Technology Transfer. Further, he acts as the director of the Institute for International Management Consulting (I-IMC) at the Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen am Rhein and since 1998 as the director of in-service education program MBA-International Management Consulting (MBA-IMC) in Germany. He is also responsible for introduction of this program in Switzerland, India and Vietnam and development of MBA-International Lean Manufacturing Consulting (MBA-ILMC). Earlier, he used to be a professor at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Dresden and consultant by Gemini Consulting (today: Cap Gemini) and German Society for Technical Cooperation (GTZ GmbH). Professor Reineke gained over the past years many experiences in consultancy and education in more than 40 countries with the main focus on strategic and operational consultancy, internationalization consultancy, economic and investment support, human resources management and change management.

 
Friedrich Bock

was previously the executive head of Detecon GmbH, vice president of marchFIRST and member of the Board of Arthur D Little int., furthermore he served in managerial and supervisory functions in internationally active companies. During his activities as a management consultant  he supported strategic decision of large companies. His core areas are with restructuring international organizations as well as with mergers of major businesses. In recent years, he pays attention to intellectual property management in order to increase company value and is working as consultant in various fields of expertise.
